The project will see us complete the floor and wall tiling fit out of 74 - 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments at Varcoe Road in Southwark. The new apartments will include a number of affordable homes including 17 for social rent.

The units are split across two blocks; the South block which holds 50 apartments and the North block containing 24 apartments with commercial spaces on the ground floor

We were commissioned to complete wall and floor tiling to Bathrooms, ensuites and Communal areas.

Each Dda room was fully tanked with Schluter Kerdi waterproof membraine and tiled laid to falls.
